New Patients
For new patients accepted to our practice, setup of you/your child's profile is the first step to scheduling your initial intake appointment. This process is mostly automated through our EMR, SimplePractice.

If you are accepted to our practice, you will receive an email response to your screening followed by an invite email from SimplePractice. For the latter, this process will involve reviewing and consenting to a few documents, entering demographic information, completing our intake questionnaire, and placing a credit or debit card on-file. All information remains secure and confidential once submitted within SimplePractice.

After we have reviewed this information, we will reach out via the SimplePractice patient portal and send a message regarding scheduling your intake appointment.
