   1. We are currently in-network (for Virginia) with Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare/Oscar/Oxford/Optum, Aetna, Cigna, and Sentara Health Plans

   2. We are currently in-network (for Maryland) with CareFirst BCBS, United Healthcare/Oscar/Oxford/Optum, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente of the Mid Atlantic, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and Sentara Health Plans.

2. We recommend reviewing information found on our site, including FAQs and financial information.

3. Please note that we are unable to provide stand-alone talk therapy at this time. Our psychiatric care services include add-on talk therapy whenever indicated.
